Language Courses
English Conversation ClassesAll students who would like to join the MarMic program must prove that they have the appropriate English skills needed for successful studies before entering the research school.
For further training MarMic offers English Conversation Classes to enhance the ability of the students to communicate in an academic setting and their readiness for international meetings and conferences. While giving presentations about their home countries or during discussions about current issues from politics, cultural events, science and society students improve their communication skills by practicing grammar and expressions under the supervision of a native speaker.
German Classes
Students who come to study at MarMic are not compelled to learn German, as all lectures, tutorials, practical courses, seminars are held in English.
MarMic students from abroad who would like to learn German because they need it in their daily life are encouraged to take courses to learn the German language. During the semester, classes take place once a week for basic, intermediate and advanced levels of proficiency. All classes are free of charge for MarMic students.
